As a consultant, I created IT
(Information Technology) Firefighters to service IT local clients with
projects that have aggressive schedules and require short-term personnel that
can "hit the ground running". IT Firefighters attacks these projects
with an assertive style, and actually plans for the change that business
undergoes (i.e. divestiture, consolidation, migration, acquisition).
As a Tech-MBA, I can
connect the technical and managerial communities together. This helps me
translate those requirements into
business accomplishments. I have experience with a wide variety of software
platforms and hardware.
Having obtained PMP
certification along with a BSCS and MBA, my
project management experiences have helped me to organize strong cross-functional
teams, which achieve performance targets within organizational boundaries and
limitations. While my experiences are varied, my focus remains clear (improve
the organization's position within the company, business, or industry that it
operates).
